John 4:23,24 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
To worship God in spirit and in truth you must first understand what He wants. You can only get this information from the Bible. Worshipping God "in Spirit" involves implenting what you learn from His word in your life. Jesus said, "you are my friends if you do what I command you." [John 15:14 ESV].
