Romans 5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

Gospel (Greek euaggelion) means literally ‘good message’ and is variously described:
Mark 1:1 The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;

The Gospel is the Good news of "The things concerning the Kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ” (Acts 8:12) and shows how we can be a part of that wonderful new order which God will establish in the earth when Jesus returns. Jesus himself prayed "Thy Kingdom Come; Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10). God has promised "As surely as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the LORD” (Numbers 14:21). The Gospel tells us how we be with Christ when he comes in his Father’s Kingdom.
The gospel is the ‘good news’ of the way of escape from death provided for us by God in Jesus Christ. It tells us that God is willing to overlook our sins and freely give to us the righteousness of Christ, if we will believe and obey the gospel.If we believe and obey the gospel we will be raised to eternal life when Jesus returns to the earth.
John 6:40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
