The only Biblical records of the Queen of Sheba are in 1 Kings 10:1-10, 13 and 2 Chronicles 9:1-9,12; Matthew 12:42. She was the Queen of the area that is now known as South-West Arabia or Yemen.
Arabian legends call her Bilqis. However, these are only legends. Her real name is unknown.
There is no record of her having been made pregnant by Solomon or anyone else for that matter. This is just a false justification for a link between the Kings of Ethiopia [which itself is a mistake because Sheba was in Southern Arabia/Yemen NOT Ethiopia] and Solomon and used to support the nonsensical notions of religions such as the Rastafarians.
