A visitor writes,

", “Not one generation shall pass before all these things happen”"

“Not one generation shall pass before all these things happen”
The quotation as written does not appear in the Bible.
The closest statement of Jesus appears in three places:
Matthew 24:34  "Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.
Mark 13:30  "Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place.
Luke 21:32  "Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take place.
The statement appears in answer to the 3 part question asked by the disciples.
Matthew 24:1  Then Jesus went out and departed from the temple, and His disciples came up to show Him the buildings of the temple. 2  And Jesus said to them, "Do you not see all these things? Assuredly, I say to you, not one stone shall be left here upon another, that shall not be thrown down." 3  Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?"
Mark 13:1 Then as He went out of the temple, one of His disciples said to Him, "Teacher, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!" 2  And Jesus answered and said to him, "Do you see these great buildings? Not one stone shall be left upon another, that shall not be thrown down." 3  Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked Him privately, 4  "Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign when all these things will be fulfilled?"
Luke 21:5  And as some spake of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, he said, 6  As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. 7  And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
Jesus' explanation begins with the destruction of the Temple which happened in AD70 and continues through to his return which is yet in the future. Prior to Jesus’ return Jerusalem will again be subject to destruction by an invasion from the north, as described in Ezekiel 38:
Ezekiel 38:14  "Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: "On that day when My people Israel dwell safely, will you not know it?
Ezekiel 38:16  "You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes."… 23  "The Gentiles shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity; because they were unfaithful to Me, therefore I hid My face from them. I gave them into the hand of their enemies, and they all fell by the sword. 24  "According to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions I have dealt with them, and hidden My face from them."’ 25  "Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: ‘Now I will bring back the captives of Jacob, and have mercy on the whole house of Israel; and I will be jealous for My holy name— 26  ‘after they have borne their shame, and all their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, when they dwelt safely in their own land and no one made them afraid. 27  ‘When I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them out of their enemies’ lands, and I am hallowed in them in the sight of many nations, 28  ‘then they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them captive any longer. 29  ‘And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel,’ says the Lord GOD."

More detail is given in Zechariah 14:
Zechariah 14:1  Behold, the day of the LORD is coming, And your spoil will be divided in your midst. 2  For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; The city shall be taken, The houses rifled, And the women ravished. Half of the city shall go into captivity, But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city. 3  Then the LORD will go forth And fight against those nations, As He fights in the day of battle. 4  And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east. And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two, From east to west, Making a very large valley; Half of the mountain shall move toward the north And half of it toward the south. 5  Then you shall flee through My mountain valley, For the mountain valley shall reach to Azal. Yes, you shall flee As you fled from the earthquake In the days of Uzziah king of Judah. Thus the LORD my God will come, And all the saints with You. 6  It shall come to pass in that day That there will be no light; The lights will diminish. 7  It shall be one day Which is known to the LORD—Neither day nor night. But at evening time it shall happen That it will be light.
8  And in that day it shall be That living waters shall flow from Jerusalem, Half of them toward the eastern sea And half of them toward the western sea; In both summer and winter it shall occur. 9  And the LORD shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be—"The LORD is one," And His name one. 10  All the land shall be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon south of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be raised up and inhabited in her place from Benjamin’s Gate to the place of the First Gate and the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananeel to the king’s winepresses. 11  The people shall dwell in it; And no longer shall there be utter destruction, But Jerusalem shall be safely inhabited.
The generation that sees this final ‘time of trouble’ for Israel and Jerusalem will not pass away until they have seen Christ’s return and the kingdom of God established in the earth with Jerusalem as its capital city.
I hope this helps,
God bless,
