A visitor writes,

"According to Psalm 106:13-15 what could happen when you fail to spend time with God"

Psalm 106:13 They soon forgot His works; They did not wait for His counsel, 14 But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, And tested God in the desert. 15 And He gave them their request, But sent leanness into their soul.

This is a record of the faithlessness of Israel in the wilderness after God brought them out of Egypt. It is not really about ‘failing to spend time with God’. It is about their failure to trust God to bring them into the promised land. They soon forgot the miracles God had performed in Egypt to facilitate their escape. Eventually that generation would die in the 40-year wandering in the wilderness.
