Wherever the "Garden of Eden" was, it was destroyed in Noah's flood so it does not exist today. Reading Genesis 2:8-15, the area of Eden is huge, encompassing most of the Middle-East and Africa as far as Ethiopia in terms of present-day geography. The Garden was placed somewhere in that vast area in its eastern portion. The short answer is nobody could possibly know where the Garden of Eden was situated in terms of today's geography.
