Yes, Christ’s sacrifice was efficacious for the faithful of all ages. The bride consists of all those raised from the dead to eternal life in the kingdom of God at Christ’s return. The faithful will reap their reward together.

Hebrews 11:39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise:40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.
Those who constitute the bride are also Abraham’s seed.

In the transfiguration on the mount, Jesus was portrayed in a vision as speaking with Moses and Elijah in the kingdom which indicates that they are part of the bride. All the saints will have their part in the kingdom of God.
