Deuteronomy 22:5 The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

The prohibition is aimed at transvestites, not changing fashions.

A transvestite, or cross-dresser, is a person who dresses in and acts in the style of the gender opposite to the one they were assigned at birth.

Pants designed and made for women can be worn by women. In the same way that kilts made for men can be worn by men.

1 Corinthians 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.

1 Timothy 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

A woman is not permitted to preach or teach in the congregation. She is at liberty to preach and teach privately in an informal situation.

Acts 18:26 And he began to speak boldly in the synagogue: whom when Aquila and Priscilla had heard, they took him unto them, and expounded unto him the way of God more perfectly.
