There are no get rich quick tricks revealed in the Bible. Rather the Bible shows you the way to a joyful and blessed life; one which is filled with the peace of God which surpasses understanding. That is true success. How can you achieve it? You can do no better than to follow the advice given to Joshua in Joshua 1.
Joshua 1:6 - 9 Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I swore to their fathers to give them. 7 Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go. 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.
What was Joshua told to do? He was told to meditate in the law "day and night" (more likely "morning and evening"). He was to be strong and courageous in his commitment to doing God's will for him and his people. If we do that then we will share the experience of Joshua for God was with him all his days.
Deuteronomy 11:19 And you shall teach them to your children, talking of them when you are sitting in your house, and when you are walking by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
Joshua had only the "the book of the Law" - the first 5 books of the Bible to meditate upon. We have the entire Bible. The "whole counsel of God" as Paul says in Acts 20:27. How much better shall we be prepared than was even Joshua to meet the challenges of life and the temptations of the world?
John 3:21 But he who does what is true comes to the light, that it may be clearly seen that his deeds have been wrought in God.
I hope you have found this helpful.
