Being at the right hand of God, does not imply equality rather it means that the one on the right hand is the servant. Jesus, being on God's right hand, means that he is in the number 2 position and therefore not equal to God.
The right hand is the position of the Prince of a Kingdom. It is a position of power and authority second only to that of the king. Jesus has received from His Father all power in Heaven and in earth - Matthew 28:18. After he has returned and, during his Millennial reign, he has restored the earth to the place of glory designed for it from the beginning, he will relinquish that power so that his Father will be "all in all". 1 Corinthians 15:28
Here are a few of the more than 160 references to the "right hand" in the King James Version.

Psalm 138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.
