In Genesis 1 through Genesis 2:3, we have a general account of creation. In Genesis chapter 2 we are given a detailed account of the creation of Adam and Eve. If you suppose that because there is an account of Eve's creation in chapter 2, there must necessarily have been another woman in chapter 1, how do you explain the detailed account of the creation of Adam in 2 verse 7? Does that mean that there was another man too? Please do not listen to silly myths about "Lilith" spread by people who know nothing about the Bible and who are antagonistic to it. A simple reading of Genesis chapters 1 and 2 would have easily answered your question.
I hope you have found this helpful.
God bless,
