Your question is very broad.  I will give a high-level answer but feel free to be more specific later if you like.
  1. The major theme of the Bible is found in Numbers 14:21  "As surely as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord..."  
  2. This is picked up in the New Testament in the Lord's prayer and in all the teaching of the coming Kingdom.  
  3. The fulfillment of the promises is a subsidiary theme - Genesis 3:15; 12:1-3 etc.; 2 Samuel 7:12-16; See Matthew 1:1; Luke 1:28-33; Revelation 11:15  etc.
