Nope. God created deadly nightshade too and there is no mention of that in the Bible either. Sorry, I'm being cheeky. There is not a mention of marijuana in the Bible. There is mention of wine and distilled spirits though but not a whiff of anything combustible being inhaled for either medicinal or recreational use.
