Matthew 24:36  But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

I take it that you mean to ask if God's son does not know the time that his Father will send him to set up His kingdom.  Jesus did not know when this was going to be. After his resurrection, I believe he must have known but perhaps not. Here's what he told the Disciples when they asked him this same question:

Acts 1:6,7  When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

At this point, after his resurrection, he did not say, as in Matthew 24, that he did not know the time of his return but rather that it was not important for them to know.  The fact that he still might not have known, even at this point - i.e. after the resurrection - is indicated by the phrase "which the Father has put in his own power.

Of course, the fact that the Father has knowledge which the Son of God does not have access to is a death-blow to the doctrine of the Trinity.
