There is no such verse. You are thinking of the phrase "a land flowing with milk and honey" which was used to describe the promised land to which the Jews were travelling after their Exodus from Egypt. See Exodus 3:8.
You are mistaken if you think that the reward of the righteous is in heaven. It is not. As John 3:13 tells us, the only person to have ever gone to heaven was Jesus and even he is coming back to the earth to stay.
