I'm not sure that there is much difference - different sides of the same coin perhaps?
Faith = pistis; belief; in the NT of a conviction or belief respecting man’s relationship to God and divine things,
Hope = elpis; joyful and confident expectation of eternal salvation
Faith concerns belief in the elements of the Gospel and is manifest in the way we live.
Hope seems to be the earnest expectation of that in which one has faith.
