In the book of Luke what was Martha worried about?

Luke 10:42 what does "Martha was worried about many things" mean?

Thanks for asking a question on www.thisisyourbible.com

Luke 10:38-42 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.9 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me.41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things:42 But one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
Martha was concerned about the details of housekeeping and preparation of food and all of the organization that went into those activities. However, these things became so much of a preoccupation to her that she did not take the time to stop, as her sister Mary did, to listen to the words of the Lord himself. We can be like Martha, being so preoccupied in doing things that we forget to stop and be be quiet at the feet of the Master and listen to his word. Activities such as those Martha was busy with are good and necessary but we must keep a balance and not let such "busy-ness" take up all our time so that our need for spiritual nourishment is neglected.
