Baptized in the name of Jesus vs. The father,Son,and the Holy Ghost - what is the difference?

What is the correct formula for baptism?

Thank you for asking a question on thisisyourbible.com

There really is no difference. Matthew 28:19says the "Father, son, and Holy Spirit". However, the rest of the New Testament uses a variation on "in the name of Jesus Christ". For example: Acts 2:38; Acts 8:16; Acts 19:5.

I hope you have found this helpful.

God bless!
